Re-do’s

  • Any service that needs adjustment must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the service.

  • Any re-do’s must be completed within 14 days of the service

  • Changing the decided outcome of the original service does not qualify as a redo and can be charged as a new service.

Cancellation Policy

  • Confirmation texts/emails are sent out 48 hours prior to the appointment and a response is required to confirm the booking and hold the space.

  • No shows will be charged at 50% of the booked service value.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours can incur a 50% cancellation fee

  • Imposing the cancellation fee is left up to the discretion of the salon director/manager
